Celebrity Reflections upgrade their spa's

When Celebrity Reflection launches in October it will boast an expanded spa offering a Persian Garden circuit of six new experiences not found on any other Celebrity ships.

The AquaSpa by Elemis will cover all the bases with traditional treatment rooms, a full-service hair and nail salon, acupuncture sessions and beauty enhancement treatments. But new to the spa on Reflection will be an expansion to its signature Persian Garden spa suite.

New features of the 883-square-foot Persian Garden include -

The Hammam is a space where spa-goers can loosen muscles and joints by relaxing on a heated stone slab.

Rather than a traditional sauna, Reflection's Persian Garden will feature a dry heat infrared sauna that the line claims offers the same health benefits (increase blood flow, reduce inflammation) of natural sunlight without the side effects of solar radiation.

An aromatic steam room, large enough for up to six people, will combine warm steam with aromatherapy.

In the Cold Room, spa-goers will find the seats, walls and floors cooled to 52 degrees Fahrenheit.

The DIY Scrub and Salt bar will offer custom scrubs made from a variety of salts, sugars and herbs. The scrubs can be purchased individually or as a package of five scrubs for $45. Scrubs can be used in the Persian Garden showers or passengers can take them back to their staterooms for in-stateroom use or take them home.

The entire Persian Garden experience is free to passengers booked in Reflection's AquaClass cabins, a class of cabins around the spa that offer spa-like amenities including aromatherapy and upscale bath items. All other guests can pay $35 for a one-day pass.

The Reflection launches on 12th October sailing from Amsterdam to Barcelona with Aqua Class cabins starting from £1349 per person cruise only.
