Well done Cunard

Here at cruise.co.uk pride ourselves in contacting as many clients before and after their cruise to make sure they have got everything they need and whether their cruise was up to standard.



We also like to advise clients when certain cruise lines do a good job.

On a call back to a client to welcome her home from her Queen Victoria cruise I was saddened to hear that her partner had passed away whilst on board.  My client said that the staff on Queen Elizabeth were so helpful and considerate.  The hospital staff on board, and in the port were excellent.  Whilst my client went to the hospital with her partner Cunard staff looked after everything and her personal belongings so she did not have to worry.

The Doctor has even called my client 3 times since her return to make sure everything was ok.

It is such an unfortunate thing to happen on your holiday, however from talking to my client Cunard handled it exceptionally.  My client is sending Cunard a letter of thanks in the foreseeable future to express her gratitude.
