Read between the deal lines

As you know I have blogged about when a deal is a deal or not a deal as the case may be.  In an attempt to fill their ships up P&O for the month of  June are offering free car parking/coach transfer and possible on board credit on various sailing dates.



P&O also have a fare where you pay the full amount at the time of booking and your cabin is on a guarantee basis so you will find out where you are on your voyage about 2 weeks prior to sailing.

Ok so here is the 'Deal'

Oriana 18 August 14 nights

Inside cabin with 'free parking' and onboard credit £1799 per person
Inside cabin on a guarantee basis £799 per person

So the deal price is £1000 per person more and all you get is complimentry car parking.  Is the car parking space diamond encrusted? COME ON P&O surely you can do better than that??
